المحكمة الدستورية تؤكد “دستورية” قانون الإضراب

أعلنت المحكمة الدستورية عن موقفها من مشروع القانون التنظيمي رقم 97.15 المتعلق بتحديد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة حق الإضراب.

وأكدت المحكمة، على أن القانون التنظيمي رقم 97.15 المتعلق بتحديد شروط وكيفيات ممارسة حق الإضراب ليس فيه ما يخالف الدستور.

وأشارت المحكمة الى ضرورة مراعاة ملاحظاتها بخصوص المواد 1 و5 و12.
