أمن البيضاء يحقق في ملابسات وفاة شخص في ظروف مشبوهة

فتحت ولاية أمن الدار البيضاء بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، صباح يومه السبت 19 أبريل الجاري، وذلك لتحديد ظروف وملابسات وفاة شخص في ظروف مشبوهة.

وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فقد انتدبت مصالح الأمن سيارة الإسعاف لنقل الهالك للمستشفى انطلاقا من سوق الجملة للخضر والفواكه بالدار البيضاء، بعدما تعرض لطارئ صحي عند إخضاعه لإجراءات التحقق من الهوية من طرف دورية أمنية تعمل بعين المكان.

ولضرورة البحث، فقد تم الاحتفاظ بجثة الهالك رهن التشريح الطبي لتحديد سبب الوفاة، بينما أمرت النيابة العامة مصلحة الشرطة القضائية المختصة بمباشرة الأبحاث الميدانية والخبرات التقنية اللازمة، لتحديد الأسباب الحقيقية للوفاة، والكشف عن ظروف وملابسات الحادث، وذلك بغرض ترتيب المسؤوليات القانونية على ضوء نتائج البحث.
