عاجل.. وفاة سيدة بعد انهيار منزل بحي العكاري في الرباط

شهد حي المهندس العكاري بمدينة الرباط حادثًا مأساويًا، حيث لقيت سيدة مصرعها بعد انهيار سقف غرفتها جراء التساقطات المطرية الغزيرة التي اجتاحت المدينة في الأيام الأخيرة.

وحسب مصادر محلية، كانت السيدة داخل غرفتها حين انهار السقف بشكل مفاجئ، ما أسفر عن وفاتها على الفور.

وهرعت السلطات المحلية، بما في ذلك الباشا والوقاية المدنية، إلى مكان الحادث فور تلقي البلاغ، حيث تم نقل جثمان الضحية إلى مستودع الأموات بالمستشفى.

وخلف الحادث صدمة كبيرة بين سكان الحي، خاصة أن الأمطار الغزيرة تسببت في أضرار بعدد من المنازل الهشة.

يُذكر أن مدينة الرباط وعدة مدن مغربية شهدت مؤخرًا أمطارًا غزيرة، مما أسفر عن خسائر مادية وسط تحذيرات من استمرار الأحوال الجوية غير المستقرة.

فضيحة بالجيش الجزائري.. زيتوت يكشف أسرارًا صادمة عن وضع العسكريات

تفاعل المعارض الجزائري والناشط السياسي محمد العربي زيتوت مع الخطاب الأخير لرئيس أركان الجيش الجزائري، الفريق سعيد شنقريحة، الذي صرح بأن “المرأة الجزائرية تواصل مسيرة بناء الجزائر الجديدة والمنتصرة تحت قيادة رئيس الجمهورية”، وذلك ضمن رسالة تهنئة وجهها للجزائريات بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمرأة.

وفي مقطع فيديو نشره على قناته الرسمية بموقع يوتيوب، استند زيتوت إلى معلومات خاصة حصل عليها من داخل المؤسسة العسكرية، قائلاً: “العسكريات اليوم اللي فالجيش فالأغلبية العظمى راكوم دايرينهوم جواري راكوم تستعملوهم كجواري”.

وأضاف مستندًا إلى شهادات من داخل الجيش: “وبشهادات النساء والرجال اللي فالجيش”، مشيرًا إلى أن النظام العسكري بقيادة شنقريحة يمنع ارتداء الحجاب في المؤسسات الأمنية، بما في ذلك الشرطة، الدرك، الجمارك، والجيش.

وعلق على هذا الوضع قائلاً: “ما تعاملوناش كيما راهي تعامل فرنسا المسلمين… خلو الناس أحرار”، منتقدًا ما وصفه بازدواجية المعايير، حيث تسعى السلطة لإبراز الهوية الإسلامية من خلال مشاريع مثل المسجد الأعظم، الذي كلف 3 مليارات دولار، بينما تفرض قيودًا على الحريات الشخصية. واختتم قائلاً: “هذا غير معقول”.

آمنة بوعياش تقود التحالف العالمي لحقوق الإنسان في خطوة تاريخية

انتُخبت آمنة بوعياش، رئيسة المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان بالمغرب، رئيسة للتحالف العالمي للمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بالإجماع، في جلسة عقدت اليوم الثلاثاء في جنيف.

وتعتبر هذه الخطوة لحظة تاريخية جديدة للقيادة الإفريقية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، بعد دعم قوي من المجموعة الإفريقية في يناير 2025.

وقد أشادت الشبكة الإفريقية بجهود بوعياش في تعزيز الحقوق والحريات على مختلف الأصعدة.

وفي خطابها، عبرت بوعياش عن امتنانها للمؤسسات الوطنية التي دعمت ترشيحها، مؤكدة أن هذا المنصب هو شرف كبير ومسؤولية في وقت تتزايد فيه التحديات والفرص في مجال حقوق الإنسان.

مصدر ولائي: “لا تفويت لملعب محمد الخامس بالدار البيضاء”

في ظل الجدل الذي أثير حول مستقبل المركب الرياضي محمد الخامس، أفاد مصدر رسمي من ولاية جهة الدار البيضاء-سطات بأنه لا توجد أي نية لتفويت القطعة الأرضية التي تحتضن هذا الصرح الرياضي.

يأتي هذا التصريح ليضع حدًا للشائعات التي انتشرت مؤخرًا حول إمكانية تحويل ملكية المركب أو تغيير وظيفته.

ويُعد مركب محمد الخامس أحد أبرز المعالم الرياضية في المغرب، حيث شهد العديد من التظاهرات الرياضية الكبرى، سواء على المستوى المحلي أو القاري. ومنذ فترة، يخضع المركب لعمليات إصلاح وتأهيل لتحسين بنيته التحتية واستيعاب الجماهير في ظروف أفضل.

“كاماز” الروسية تجدد طموحها لدخول سوق صناعة الشاحنات بالمغرب

جددت شركة “كاماز”، العملاق الروسي في صناعة الشاحنات، اهتمامها بالدخول إلى السوق المغربية، معتبرة أن المملكة تمثل بوابة استراتيجية رئيسية لتعزيز حضورها في القارة الإفريقية.

ووفقًا لما نقلته وكالة الأنباء الروسية “تاس”، فإن “كاماز” تصنف المغرب ضمن أولوياتها الاستثمارية في إفريقيا، نظرًا لموقعه الاقتصادي المهم ومكانته كمركز صناعي متطور.

وقد أكد ممثلو الشركة أن خططهم التوسعية في القارة السمراء تجعل المغرب وجهة واعدة لمشاريعهم.

هذه المساعي ليست جديدة، إذ سبق لـ”كاماز” أن حاولت دخول السوق المغربية قبل عقد من الزمن، لكنها لم تحقق النتائج المرجوة آنذاك.

أما اليوم، ومع التحولات الاقتصادية والاستثمارية التي يشهدها المغرب، ترى الشركة فرصة سانحة لإعادة المحاولة وترسيخ وجودها في المنطقة.

ولا يقتصر هذا الاهتمام على “كاماز” وحدها، بل يشمل العديد من الشركات الروسية، حيث كشفت صحيفة “إزفستيا” الروسية عن مساعٍ مماثلة لكل من GAZ وAvtoVAZ لتعزيز حضورها في السوق المغربية، ما يعكس توجهاً أوسع لموسكو نحو القارة الإفريقية.

وبفضل احتضانه مصانع لشركات عالمية كـرينو، بيجو، وستيلانتيس، تحول المغرب من مجرد سوق استهلاكية إلى مركز صناعي واستثماري متطور، مما يجعله وجهة جذابة للشركات الكبرى الراغبة في التوسع داخل إفريقيا.

النظام الجزائري يسحب سفيره في بيروت بسبب تورطه مع حزب الله وإيران

في تحرك مفاجئ، أقدم النظام العسكري الجزائري على استدعاء سفيره في بيروت، رشيد بلباقي، على وجه السرعة، ليحل محله الدبلوماسي كمال بوشامة، وهو ما أثار تساؤلات حول أسباب هذا القرار غير المتوقع.

وأفادت تقارير إعلامية لبنانية بأن هذا التغيير أثار دهشة الأوساط الدبلوماسية العربية في بيروت، خاصة بعد رفض السلطات الجزائرية السماح لبلباقي بجولة وداعية، كما هو متعارف عليه في الأعراف الدبلوماسية.

وفي هذا السياق، رجح المحلل السياسي والأستاذ الجامعي، عبد الرحيم منار السليمي، أن يكون قرار الاستدعاء المفاجئ مرتبطاً بمعلومات قدمتها السلطات اللبنانية الجديدة حول العلاقات المشبوهة للسفير بلباقي بحزب الله وسفارة إيران في بيروت.

وفي منشور له على منصة “إكس”، أوضح السليمي أن النظام الجزائري أجبر سفيره على المغادرة فوراً دون تمكينه من لقاءات الوداع التقليدية، بسبب حساسية وخطورة الأنشطة التي كان متورطاً فيها على الأراضي اللبنانية.

وأشار إلى أن لبنان لوّح باتخاذ إجراءات قانونية دولية ضد السفير الجزائري إذا لم يتم ترحيله بسرعة.

من جانبه، انتقد رئيس المركز الأطلسي للدراسات الاستراتيجية والتحليل الأمني اختيار كمال بوشامة بديلاً لبلباقي، معتبراً أن تعيينه قد يكون خطوة غير محسوبة، نظراً لعلاقاته السابقة مع نظام بشار الأسد خلال فترة عمله سفيراً للجزائر في دمشق.

“طريق الليسي” يتصدر المشاهدات ويعيد الحنين إلى التسعينات

في ظرف يومين فقط، تجاوز فيلم “طريق الليسي” للمخرج داني يوسف والسيناريست فاتن اليوسفي حاجز المليون مشاهدة على منصة “يوتيوب”، محققًا نجاحًا ملفتًا يعكس شغف الجمهور بالأعمال التي تستحضر ذكريات الماضي وتروي قصصًا إنسانية مؤثرة.

عملاق أسترالي يراهن على المغرب لتعزيز إنتاج معدن الأنتيمون بالأسواق العالمية

أعلنت شركة Zeus Resources الأسترالية عن استحواذها على مشروع الدار البيضاء لاستخراج معدن الأنتيمون، في خطوة تعزز من دور الصناعة الاستخراجية في المغرب.

ويأتي هذا المشروع في وقت يشهد فيه الأنتيمون طلبًا متزايدًا، خصوصًا في مجالات الطاقة الشمسية والصناعات العسكرية.

وتمت عملية الاستحواذ من قبل Zeus Resources على المشروع الذي كان مملوكًا لشركة Ashgill Morocco، وفقًا لتقرير أرسل إلى البورصة الأسترالية.

ويشمل المشروع ستة تراخيص استكشافية تمتد على 79 كيلومترًا مربعًا في منطقة استراتيجية بالنسبة للقطاع التعدين. وتتم الصفقة عبر الفرع المحلي Zeus Morocco Resources.

ويعد توقيت الاستحواذ مثاليًا، في ظل الطلب المتزايد على الأنتيمون عالميًا، خاصة في صناعة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية والقطاع الدفاعي.

كما أن الموقع الجغرافي للمشروع متميز، حيث يوفر بنية تحتية متطورة تضمن الوصول السهل للموقع طوال العام، مما يجعل المشروع جذابًا للمستثمرين في هذا المجال.
